Acquisition of Environmental Pest Control, Inc. (EPCI) by Orkin Pest Control

Environmental Pest Control, Inc. (EPCI), founded in 1985 by Mark Lee, was recently acquired by Orkin Pest Control (a Rollins subsidiary) in March 2024. Based in Grayling, Michigan, EPCI has provided high-quality extermination services to Northern Michigan communities for nearly four decades, building a strong reputation and loyal customer base. This transaction marks a successful transition, ensuring continuity of service for existing customers under the Orkin umbrella.
