Acquisition Search: Special Fertilizers & Biostimulants Companies

This is an acquisition search for companies operating within the special fertilizers and biostimulants industry. The buyer is a well-established European company with €60M in revenues, specializing in biostimulants, soil and water improvers, and specialty plant nutrition. They are actively seeking to acquire businesses that are well-managed financially, possess registered and tested products, and have a professional sales network. The ideal targets are active in Biostimulants, Foliate Liquids, or Seaweeds products. Chemical fertilizer manufacturers and start-up projects are excluded. The target acquisition profile includes companies in LATAM with revenues up to €30M and EBITDA between €1M and €4M, or global Seaweed producers (which can be smaller). The buyer has a presence in 90 countries across Latin America, Europe, Africa, and Asia.
