Actively seeking to acquire a tenured Part 135 jet aircraft management company. The ideal target possesses a minimum 10-year operational history, a fleet of 15 or more aircraft, and generates an EBITDA exceeding $3 million. Preference is given to companies with established relationships with their FSDO, 10+ passenger approval, and capabilities for international operations. While a diverse fleet composition is preferred, it is not a strict requirement. The acquisition will be for a majority or complete stake.
