A CPA, investor, and operator/entrepreneur is seeking to acquire a CPA, bookkeeping, or tax firm grossing between $1MM and $3MM per year with net margins of at least 40%. The firm should be operating in the Tampa, Dallas, or Chicago metro areas. The buyer is open to the seller remaining with the practice post-sale to assist with transition and to maximize client retention and satisfaction.
